We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. And you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
To start a return, just go to Returns and Exchanges page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the return/refund process.

What Items can I return
You can return ALL ITEMS from your order. But please see the below items for ANY EXCEPTIONS to this rule:
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video ASAP. So we can get the issue fixed for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you the new item.
Store Credit Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit for your refund. And we will decide whether you can keep the original products or return them back. And all shipping costs are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time to process your refund request. Usually the store credit refund will be shown in your store account balance within 7-10 days.
Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a SSLR item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not SSLR.
